We the American people read into the constitution that Article 1, Section 5 of the Constitution allows Congress to censure and expel its members for “disorderly behavior.” Clearly, this is case again the members of the congress participated in the planning of these January 6 2021 events. The American people need to point out that Rep. Jim Jordan and Sen. Josh Hawley was definitely complicit their involvement for their own political agendas and gain of the populist rhetoric attention for themselves, by appealing to the base of Trumpism. These individuals congressmen still continue to dispute and object to the electoral vote count even after the events that to place that caused the lives of Americans. What should be done about their participation? Several remedies are available for their disciplinary action against these congressmen. Firstly, one of the cause of actions is to censorship, secondly, expulsion, and lastly, recalled by to their respected states of elections. One thing for sure something must be done about this acts against our democracy.
