Voter Fraud, Fraud, Upon Fraud Guilt of a Crime

(52 USC 20511: Criminal penalties)

Hatch Act

Trump’s “best defense would be insanity.” “American voters decide American elections”

This is a blatant crime that a incumbent president would make 18 voter fraud attempt calls to overturn the voters election results in the state of Georgia, after the challenging and demanding recounts and courts saying that there wasn’t any shred of evidence of voter fraud. Federal Election Fraud Fact Sheet (https://www.justice.gov/usao-nh/pr/federal-election-fraud-fact-sheet). The Georgia code says that anybody who solicits, requests or commands or otherwise attempts to encourage somebody to commit election fraud is guilty of solicitation of election fraud.

The American people should be outraged by this attempt to overturn the will of the people in the great state of Georgia. A first term impeached president found guilty in the United States House of Representatives of the same offenses. It’s baffling to say the least about the current state of affairs, and that this type of behavior will continue, and the senate sits by silent. Georgia election officials receive requests for investigations into Trump’s call, but haven’t started any yet. The federal code also criminalizes actions that “knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a state of a fair and impartially conducted election process.” Misinformation is the key factor in this attempt to overturn the elections results.

America Must Remember Objecting Electoral College’s Certification by the Following Senators

On January 6, Congress is scheduled to certify the Electoral College vote. Article II, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3, 3 U.S. Code § 15 — Counting electoral votes in Congress.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX),Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA), Sen. David Perdue (R-GA), Sen. James Lankford (R-OK), Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT), Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA), Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN),Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN), Sen. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS), Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL). If any of the above Senator’s are running for re-election during the midterm elections, follow your hearts, and remember how unpatriotic these individuals displayed during this outrageous behavior in this process as it pertains to the constitution and un democratic. Vice President Mike Pence will begin the process of counting the Electoral College votes, at which point if even one House member and one senator object, both chambers have to vote.

The Hatch Act of 1939, An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, is a United States federal law. Its main provision prohibits civil service employees in the executive branch of the federal government, except the president and vice president, from engaging in some forms of political activity.
