The United States Capitol Building as of March, 2020 was closed for tours, and the general public, this building was considered and restricted area. First lets set the record straight. Second the Capitol Building grounds, was also considered an restricted area to public no public access was permitted, the building was closed to the public.
Facts:
Insurrectionist posed eminent danger to all of congress, and the vice-president the rioters threatened the entire body of congress, they chanted words “hang Mike Pence”. After the United States Congress building was secured the certification of the electoral college votes was confirmed.

In accordance with Park Regulations as contained in C.F.R., Title 36, Chapter 1, Section 7.96 permission is granted to conduct a public gathering to the following: “Save America Rally“ “Stop the Steal” “Eighty Percent Coalition”
Purpose: First Amendment Rally
Participants (5,000) will assemble at Freedom Plaza to conduct a first amendment rally demonstration on January 5, 2021 from 5:00 a.m.

Trump’s rhetoric leading up to protest and the rally he spoke at 70 minutes uttering unfounded allegations, and claims of voters fraud for the elections, and electoral votes. Several states court’s also didn’t find any voter fraud resulting in 65 failed court filings.
Conclusion and Final Thoughts:
What was the main purpose of this rally? Was it designed to stop the certification of the electoral college votes? Did Donald J Trump, the president of the United States summoned those Extremist Right Wings individuals to Washington DC, to somehow take control of the congress? Those questions, and many more will be answered in the days to come, by the trial in US Senate for the of the removal of Donald J Trump forever running for office again.
